Introduction to Meditation – Free

Deep within us, past reaction to the outside world, past personality, past beliefs;
deep in our core is an ocean of calm, of peace. Meditation can help us reconnect
to our peaceful core.

Meditation is not about ignoring the difficulties of life or pretending that difficulties
don’t affect us. Meditation is about connecting to our peaceful core, so that we
can deal with lifes challenges while maintaining a sense of well being.
