I’ve been a medium all of my life. As a child my friends were what I called ‘see-throughs’. As I grew older, they stopped letting me see them so that I would adjust to interacting with living, breathing people. I very rarely let anyone know about my abilities and only after they had shared their own stories about spiritual growth. I did tell my boyfriend, who is now my husband. He was surprisingly accepting and his faith in me was justified. I was able to use my intuition to advise him about some sticky situations. Fast forward to 2008 when the economy crashed. I wanted to do something to help with our finances, but the thing that I do best is talk to dead people. Then synchronicity, we got a brochure from Community Education about upcoming classes. I called, they said yes and I’ve been teaching ‘A Conversation on Death & Dying’ ever since. That led to teaching ‘Developing Intuition’ and ‘Introduction to Meditation’ and working with private clients. I started writing because I had to. The words, the stories, the info are all there waiting for someone to share them.
A Little About Me & A Little Advice
Many people have asked about my journey and any advise that I have about being a medium.
If you think you’re a medium or an empath, the best, the absolute best thing that you can do for yourself is to learn to meditate. Meditation will teach you how to quiet your mind. Once you’ve learned how to quiet your mind, even in a small way, you can learn to set boundaries so that you won’t be overwhelmed with input.
