Meditation can naturally lead to letting go of suffering and help you become aware of your own inherent wisdom. It can also aid in stress reduction, learning ability and memory retention. This class will introduce you to 4 types of meditation: Mindfulness, Walking, Chakra and The Tree, and help you find the type that works best for you. Please do not wear any perfume or scented products.
