What is Meditation and What Can it Do For You?

 
Meditation is defined as a “Practice to Train the Mind”.   2. I need to learn meditation. My mind tends to be scattered and slow to calm down. I need to find that place of relaxation that, thus far, has eluded me.

  3. When I was doing some classes at my community college, I needed to take some PE courses. I took Kundalini Yoga. The best thing I did for myself.
    In the class, there was about 20 minutes of meditation. At first if was hard, but it became easier over time.
    I need to get back to it as I was in a great mental state at that time.
